Was thinking about quick meals for NHS staff and everyone on lockdown; Lockdown shake. Cracking into a massive bag of enhanced whey. Frozen blueberries and fresh strawberries, then later chop apples and cook in butter with a little sugar and cinnamon. Add high protein yoghurt 🍦 then what you don’t eat add back into the protein smoothie along with some oats and extra vanilla extract. Stir and pop in the fridge. #wecarenhs this way you got a quick breakfast. A lovely high protein pudding or snack for the evening then your breakfast soaks over night Bircher muesli Or over night oats rock for breakfast 🥞 take care and THANKYOU to all frontline workers xxx other great ideas bologniase sandwiches 🥪 plus pets love a lockdown
